目的 为了评价准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗近视、近视散光的远期疗效。方法 应用美国VISX 20/20型准分子激光仪,治疗132例(259眼),采用多切削区治疗屈光度-1.5D~-16.0D的近视观察3年以上,按术前球镜屈光度分为二组:Ⅰ组-1.5D~-6.0D(196眼),Ⅱ组-6.25D~-16.0D(73眼)。结果 术后3年裸眼视力≥0.5,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ中组中分别为94.6%、89.3%;术后3年裸眼视力≥1.0,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中分别为90.7%、70.5%,角膜HazeⅠ组0级90.3%,0.5级9.7%,无1级以上Haze;Ⅱ组0级63.0%,0.5级34.2%,1级2.8%,无2级以上Haze。结论 准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术对低、中、高度近视、近视散光均取得良好的远期效果,但对低、中度近视效果更佳,对高度近视预测性较差。
Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of excimer laser refractive keratectomy for the treatment of myopia and myopic astigmatism. Methods The VISX 20/20 excimer laser was used in the treatment of 132 cases (259 eyes). The multi-cutting region was used to treat diopter of -1.5D ~ -16.0D for more than 3 years. The diopter was divided into two according to the diopter Group Ⅰ-1.5D ~ -6.0D (196 eyes), Ⅱ-6.25D ~ -16.0D (73 eyes). Results The uncorrected visual acuity was ≥0.5 at 3 years postoperatively, 94.6% and 89.3% respectively in the groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the uncorrected visual acuity was ≥1.0 at 3 years postoperatively. In Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups, the visual acuity was 90.7% and 70.5% Grade 0 90.3%, Grade 0.5 9.7%, No Haze above Grade 1; Group 0 0 63.0%, Grade 0.5 34.2%, Grade 1 2.8%, No Grade 2 Haze above. Conclusion Excimer laser refractive keratectomy has good long-term effect on low, medium and high myopia and myopic astigmatism, but it has better effect on low and moderate myopia and poor predictability on high myopia.
