本研究探讨挑战性-阻碍性两类压力源与主观幸福感的关系,提出组织支持感作为挑战性-阻碍性压力和员工主观幸福感之间中介关系的理论模型。采用问卷调查法,以中部地区5个城市16家企业共190名工作人员为研究对象,运用层级回归的分析技术。研究结果表明:挑战性压力与员工积极情感和生活满意度呈正相关;阻碍性压力与员工积极情感和生活满意度呈负相关;组织支持感在挑战性-阻碍性压力和主观幸福感之间起完全中介作用。
This study explored the relationship between the two types of stressors - obstruction and obstruction and subjective well-being, and proposed a theoretical model of organizational supportiveness as an intermediary between challenge-obstructionist pressure and employee subjective well-being. Using questionnaire survey, taking 190 workers from 16 enterprises in 5 cities in Central China as research object, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process. The results show that: the challenge pressure is positively correlated with employee positive emotion and life satisfaction degree; the obstruction pressure is negatively correlated with employee positive emotion and life satisfaction degree; the organizational sense of support is between challenge-obstruction pressure and subjective well-being Completely intermediary role.
