本文提出了用磺基偶氨Ⅲ作显色试剂,吸光光度法测定微量锶的方法。在稀盐酸介质中,锶与试剂形成稳定的、组成为1:1的深蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为655毫微米,其摩尔吸光系数为1.18×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1)。锶含量25毫升内,0~70微克范围符合比尔定律。并进行了阳离子的干扰试验。方法的灵敏度,稳定性和选择性均较好。
In this paper, a method of spectrophotometric determination of trace strontium with sulfoaluminate Ⅲ as chromogenic reagent was proposed. In dilute hydrochloric acid medium, strontium forms a stable dark purple complex with a composition of 1: 1 with a reagent with a maximum absorption wavelength of 655 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.18 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 ) · Cm -1. Strontium content within 25 ml, 0 ~ 70 micrograms range in line with Bill’s law. And conducted a cationic interference test. The sensitivity, stability and selectivity of the method are good.
