油田不断开发,所布局的集输管网不断更换或修复,使埋在地下的集输管网不断增多,从而使各辖区内的集输管网较为混乱。同时,撑握情况的管理人员不断调整,使埋在地下的集输管网走向日益模糊,往往因管网走向不清,出现故障后不能及时判别处理,给日常生产带来较大的不便。为使集输管网清楚明白,不因人员调整而撑握不清埋在地下的集输管网,达到及时判别管网类型处理故障,提高工作效率。
