目的总结异位妊娠患者的超声声像特征。方法回顾性分析186例异位妊娠患者临床及超声声像图资料。结果临床表现为腹部压痛174例(以患侧压痛最明显),阴道不规则出血162例,腹痛91例;尿绒毛膜促性腺激素阳性163例;包块长径10～80mm,短径9～63mm;子宫内膜厚度2～17mm,其中>10mm者21例;阴道出血组和不出血组包块长径比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),包块短径、子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);盆腔有、无积血者,阴道有、无不规则出血者子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异位妊娠临床和超声声像图表现具有特异性,二者联合可提高其确诊率。
Objective To summarize the echographic features of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical and ultrasonographic data of 186 patients with ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical manifestations of abdominal tenderness in 174 cases (ipsilateral tenderness the most obvious), irregular vaginal bleeding in 162 cases, 91 cases of abdominal pain; urine chorionic gonadotropin-positive in 163 cases; mass longest diameter 10 ~ 80mm, short diameter of 9 ~ 63 mm, endometrial thickness 2 ~ 17 mm, of which> 10 mm in 21 cases; vaginal bleeding group and non-hemorrhage mass diameter compared with the significant difference (P <0.05), mass shortness, endometrial thickness There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between those with and without pelvis, vaginal and without irregular hemorrhage (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical and ultrasonographic manifestations of ectopic pregnancy are specific, and their combination can improve the diagnosis rate.
