采用小区试验研究了水稻叶片pH值与吸收光谱变量的相关性。结果表明:在整个生育期,522—540、700—740、480—500nm和675—680nm是水稻叶片pH值的敏感波段。选择最佳的敏感波段组合构造光谱变量,利用光谱变量反演水稻叶片pH值。除拔节期外,水稻吸收光谱比值变量和对数相加变量的相关性优于相加变量的相关性,同时用这两个光谱变量构建水稻叶片pH值的模型。为进一步提高吸收光谱快速测量水稻叶片pH值提出一些探索性研究。
A plot experiment was conducted to study the correlation between leaf pH value and absorption spectrum of rice. The results showed that in the whole growth period, 522-540, 700-740, 480-500nm and 675-680nm were the sensitive bands of rice leaf pH value. The optimal spectral bands were selected to construct the spectral variables, and the spectral variables were used to invert the leaf pH of rice. Except at the jointing stage, the correlation between rice absorption spectrum ratio logarithm and additive logarithmic variables was better than that of additive variable, and the two spectral variables were used to construct the model of rice leaf pH. In order to further improve the absorption spectra of rice leaf pH measurement to make some exploratory research.
