Over the past two decades, Anglo-American law has gone through dramatic changes. The prompt introduction of administrative justice, the adjustment of existing legal traditions by administrative means, and the resolution of disputes by colored boards or commissions all represent the appearance of such changes and openly and universally became a common phenomenon. Undoubtedly, the war is also an important promoter of drastic changes in our legal and constitutional system. This trend is evident in common law jurisdictions, but more so in England than in North America. Looking back, we can easily find out that this change in the United States of America started in 1880 and that it was even more sparkling in 1900. more
