本文介绍了大型零件直径尺寸的测量，提出了单坐标双测点的测量原理。根据这一原理，设计制造了大直径数显测量装置。经验证，该装置的测量准确度可以满足大直径零件ＩＴ６精度等级的加工要求。
This paper introduces the measurement of the diameter of large parts, and proposes the measurement principle of single coordinate double measurement points. According to this principle, design and manufacture of large-diameter digital display measuring device. It has been verified that the device’s measurement accuracy meets the processing requirements of the IT6 accuracy class for large diameter parts.
