In recent years, the development and construction of government debts has become the common practice of accelerating development all over the country and making up for the shortage of funds for construction. Since 2004, Qianjiang District has made full use of the state’s financial and credit policies, actively opened up financing channels and extensively absorbed all kinds of funds, greatly alleviating the contradiction between the shortage of funds for construction and effectively promoting the rapid economic and social development.
