目前,锅炉生产环节的焊接工艺评定依据的技术规范和标准比较杂,且相互之间存在诸多差异,往往引发歧义。如《蒸规》[1]、DL/T 868[2]和JB 4420[3]等都涉及了焊评的相关要求,为了叙述上的方便,将其列在表1中。从表1中可以看出,蒸规(附录I)是基础性的通用要求,适用于工业锅炉和电站锅炉;DL/T 868(代替SD340)只适用于电站锅炉;而JB 4420只适用于工业锅炉。从技术规范、标准体系层次上和行业性要求,对于电站锅炉,应同时满足“蒸规”和DL/T 868的要求;对于工业锅炉,应满足蒸规和JB 4420的要求。本文主要就“蒸规”、DL/T 868和JB 4420的技术差别,作简要分析和评价。
At present, the technical specifications and standards for welding process evaluation based on the boiler production are rather complicated, and there are many differences among them, which often lead to ambiguity. Such as “steam regulation” [1], DL / T 868 [2] and JB 4420 [3] and so involves the relevant requirements of welding assessment, for the convenience of the narrative, it is listed in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the steam gauge (Appendix I) is a basic general requirement applicable to industrial boilers and power plant boilers; DL / T 868 (instead of SD340) is only suitable for utility boilers; and JB 4420 is only suitable for industrial boiler. From the technical specifications, the standard system level and industry requirements, for power station boilers, should meet the “steaming regulation” and DL / T 868 requirements; For industrial boilers, steam boilers should meet the requirements and JB 4420 requirements. This article mainly on the “steam regulation”, DL / T 868 and JB 4420 technical differences, for a brief analysis and evaluation.
