水工建筑物上装设的闸门,根据需要有的要求在动水状态下启闭;有的要求在静水状态下启闭。在动水状态下启闭闸门,除要求闸门自身具有较高强度和刚度外,启闭力都较大。为减轻闸门自重和降低启闭机的启闭力,在中小型水电站上一般都尽量采用静水状态下启闭闸门。在静水状态下启闭闸门要求作用在闸门前后的水压力相等或压差很小。以往平压闸门前后的压差采用旁通管充水,或采用闸板式与柱塞式平压装置。作者在雅安地区胜利水电站(12600kW)坝的检修闸门上设计安装了一种新简简易平压阀。该阀结构简单,工作可靠,本文就此介绍如下。
