木聚糖酶/纤维素酶对速生杨木P-RC APMP浆的修饰研究

本文利用木聚糖酶/纤维素酶对速生杨木P-RC APMP浆进行了修饰处理,比较了木聚糖酶、纤维素酶及复合酶对APMP纸浆的精制效果,优化了纤维素酶/木聚糖酶的精制处理工艺参数并分析了处理前后浆料纤维性质的变化。研究结果表明,纤维素酶/木聚糖酶复合酶较单一木聚糖酶或纤维素酶具有更好的修饰精制效果,纤维素酶/木聚糖酶较优的处理工艺为酶用量40IU/g,温度为50~55℃,pH为7,时间为100min,纤维素酶与木聚糖酶酶活用量比为3︰2。纤维质量分析表明,经精制处理后浆料纤维的长度变短,细小纤维含量下降,纤维卷曲指数上升,纤维柔软度提高。经酶处理后浆料的后续精浆能耗下降可达50%以上,处理过程中生物酶起到了生物帚化的作用。 In this paper, xylanase / cellulase modified Poplar P-RC APMP pulp were processed, compared xylanase, cellulase and enzyme complex on APMP pulp refining effect, optimize the cellulase / Xylanase purification process parameters and analysis of the changes before and after the pulp fiber properties. The results showed that the cellulase / xylanase complex enzyme had better modification and purification effect than the single xylanase or cellulase. The optimal treatment process of cellulase / xylanase enzyme was 40IU / g, temperature 50 ~ 55 ℃, pH 7, time 100min, cellulase and xylanase enzyme activity ratio of 3︰2. The fiber quality analysis showed that the length of the pulp fiber became shorter, the fine fiber content decreased, the fiber crimp index increased, and the softness of the fiber increased. After the enzymatic treatment, the energy consumption of the subsequent seminal plasma can be reduced by more than 50%, and the biological enzyme plays a biological role in the treatment.
