对1995－1997年3年共499例住院脑血管意外病人进行医院感染回顾性调查，结果其感染率为18％，明显高于全国平均感染率9％及本院平均感染率6％。部位以下呼吸道为主，占32．2％，其次为泌尿系感染28．5％，且感染率随病人的年龄及住院天数的增加而增高，（P＜0．05及P＜0．01）。并对其易感因素进行分析，还就其预防措施提出建议。
A retrospective survey of 499 in-hospital patients with cerebrovascular accident during the three years from 1995 to 1997 showed that the infection rate was 18%, significantly higher than the national average infection rate of 9% and the hospital’s average infection rate of 6%. The main respiratory tract was 32.2%, followed by urinary tract infection of 28.5%, and the infection rate increased with the increase of patient’s age and hospitalization days (P <0.05 and P <0.01) . And analyze its susceptibility factors, but also make recommendations on its preventive measures.
