为了扩大车间生产能力,将闲置的设备充分利用起来,该厂结合其实际情况,将一台Z6312D型固定式抛砂机改为移动式结构用于生产中,收到较好使用效果。文中重点介绍了移动机构的设计和厂房有关构件强度的核算。
In order to expand the production capacity of the workshop, the idle equipment will be fully utilized. Based on the actual situation, the factory will change one Z6312D fixed sand throwing machine into a mobile structure for production and receive good results. The paper mainly introduces the design of mobile mechanism and the calculation of the strength of the relevant components of the plant.
