对46例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)和46例陈旧性心肌梗塞患者进行血浆环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的测定,其中部分病例作了发病后不同时间及较远期的动态观察,并初步探讨了 AMI 时血浆 cGMP 增高的原因。
