分析了用于探测长波红外所用的光电导型碲镉汞探测器的噪声种类,建立了相应的噪声模型;结合不同大气湍流条件下的光强分布模型,采用数字脉冲间隔调制方式推导得到了长波红外无线激光通信系统的误码率表达式。在选取典型仿真数据的基础上,对不同大气湍流强度、通信距离、传输速率以及平均发射功率条件下的长波红外无线激光通信误码率进行了数值仿真分析。结果表明,长波红外的抗大气湍流能力强,通过选取合适的发射功率以及传输速率可以满足系统工作时对误码率的要求。
The types of noise of photoconducting cadmium telluride (HgCdTe) detector used for detecting long-wave infrared are analyzed and the corresponding noise model is established. Combined with the light intensity distribution model under different atmospheric turbulence conditions, the digital pulse interval modulation method is used to derive the long wave Bit Error Rate Expression of Infrared Wireless Laser Communication System. Based on the typical simulation data, the numerical simulation of long-wave infrared laser communication error rate under different atmospheric turbulence intensity, communication distance, transmission rate and average transmission power was carried out. The results show that the long-wave infrared is strong against atmospheric turbulence, and the bit error rate can be satisfied by selecting proper transmit power and transmission rate.
