人文关怀和心理疏导是初中班主任对学生实施教育管理的有效途径,也提高了初中学生的思想教育的针对性,使班主任管理工作的实效性得以提升。因此,加强初中生情感和心灵上的关怀是初中思想政治教育中驾驭价值最大化的体现。
Humanistic care and psychological counseling are effective ways for junior middle school teachers to implement education management for students, and improve the ideological education of junior high school students so that the effectiveness of teacher management can be improved. Therefore, to strengthen the emotional and spiritual care of junior high school students is the reflection of maximizing the value of driving in junior middle school ideological and political education.
