变椭圆——中凸形裙部结构活塞的应用正日趋广泛。在TPO—150型机床上加工活塞桶形裙部时,需要一板桶形模板。但这种模板曲线图上只标有少数几个点的尺寸,如用它来加工这种不规则的曲线是很困难的。本文从活塞裙部桶形曲线及模板桶形曲线的设计公式入手,导出了一种添加点的方法。按模板曲线上设计点及添加点用程序控制线切割机床,即可加工出桶形模板曲线。
The application of variable oval-mid-convex skirt structure pistons is becoming more widespread. When machining a piston barrel skirt on a TPO-150 machine, a barrel-shaped template is required. However, this template curve is marked with only a few points of the size, such as using it to process such an irregular curve is very difficult. This paper starts from the design formula of the barrel curve of piston skirt and the barrel curve of the template, and gives a method of adding points.
