螺杆空压机是煤矿通用机械之一,针对龙岩市某煤矿螺杆空压机实际运行中振动超标的故障,采用频谱分析法,发现以啮合频率为中心,以星轮频率为间隙的一系列频带才是故障表现出的频谱曲线。经分析,其故障主要是星轮支撑轴松动造成的,采取相应改进措施,使螺杆空压机正常运转。
