老年人常出现“少寐”症候,包括失眠、多梦、易醒、睡眠时间减少、睡眠不深等.引起少寐的原因多见于脑动脉硬化、椎体动脉供血不足、神经衰弱、老年精神异常以及脑梗塞、贫血、肝功能不良、糖尿病、颈椎病等病症.中医辨证认为此症多属于阴虚火旺、肝阳上亢、心火上炎、心阴亏虚、心肾不交、肝肾亏虚等.清代曹庭栋云:“少寐乃老年大患”.那么如何采取保健防治措施,以改善睡眠质量.加深睡眠效果,促进身心健康呢?
