目的观察防晕口服液在晕船高度敏感者海上预防晕船时对血清皮质醇水平的影响。方法在登陆艇上进行双盲对照试验,40名晕船高度敏感者分为2组,分别于开船前0.5 h服用安慰剂(对照组)和以生姜+陈皮酊配制的防晕口服液(试验组),用放射免疫法测定航渡前后血清皮质醇水平,并记录受试者出现的晕船症状。结果试验组晕船症状评分为4.80±0.69,显著低于对照组的7.12±0.28(P<0.05),呕吐症状评分降低更为明显(P<0.05)。航渡前两组血清皮质醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);航渡后试验组血清皮质醇水平均显著高于对照组和航渡前(P<0.05)。结论防晕口服液具有明显的预防晕船作用,其抗运动病机制可能与提高血清皮质醇水平有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Fangxun Oral Liquid on the level of serum cortisol in seasickness-prone seasickness-sensitive individuals. Methods A double-blind control trial was conducted on landing craft. Forty seasickness-sensitive individuals were divided into two groups: placebo (control group) at 0.5 h before launch and anti-caviar oral solution with ginger and tangerine peel (experimental group ), Before and after the flight by radioimmunoassay serum cortisol levels, and subjects recorded seasickness symptoms. Results The score of seasickness in test group was 4.80 ± 0.69, which was significantly lower than that in control group (7.12 ± 0.28, P <0.05). The vomit symptom score was more obviously decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum cortisol levels between the two groups before flight (P> 0.05). The serum cortisol level in the trial group after flight was significantly higher than that in the control group and before flight (P <0.05). Conclusion Kangxun oral liquid has significant prevention of seasickness, and its mechanism of anti-motion may be related to the increase of serum cortisol level.
