目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)、淀粉酶(AMS)、血糖(BS)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法:将AOPP患者250例(中毒组)按照临床中毒程度分为轻度中毒组、中度中毒组和重度中毒组,并选取年龄匹配的健康体检者为对照组,在AOPP患者入院后立即采静脉血3 mL分别检测ChE、AMS、BS及CK-MB。结果:中毒组血清AMS、CK-MB及BS水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),ChE水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随着中毒程度的加重,血清AMS、CK-MB及BS水平递升(P<0.05),且不同程度中毒组间均有明显差异(P<0.05),而ChE下降水平则无显著性差异。结论:检测AOPP患者血清ChE、BS、AMS及CK-MB对判断AOPP严重程度及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum cholinesterase (AEs), serum creatinine (BS) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) and severity of illness in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) . Methods: 250 AOPP patients (poisoning group) were divided into mild poisoning group, moderate poisoning group and severe poisoning group according to the degree of clinical poisoning. The age-matched healthy subjects were selected as the control group. AOPP patients were taken immediately after admission Venous blood 3 mL were detected ChE, AMS, BS and CK-MB. Results: Serum levels of AMS, CK-MB and BS in the poisoning group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and ChE levels were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) MB and BS levels increased (P <0.05), and there was a significant difference between different poisoning groups (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the levels of ChE and BS. Conclusion: Detecting AOPP serum ChE, BS, AMS and CK-MB is of great significance for judging the severity of AOPP and guiding clinical treatment.
