为了了解20锡铝合金内燃机轴瓦的表面形貌和不同合金层厚度的磨损变化规律,采用了模拟试验。为使模拟条件尽可能接近实机情况,轴瓦用20锡铝合金试块并制成各种不同的表面光洁度和不同的合金层厚度,曲轴用球墨铸铁加工成试环,其表面光洁度和热处理条件均与单缸95毫米缸径的柴油机曲轴相一致。虽然试块、试环与轴瓦、曲轴不能等同,但其表面形貌具有相似之处。因此,在试验中所获得的数据,可用来分析判断不同光洁度和不同合金层厚度的轴瓦的耐磨性。
In order to understand the surface morphology of 20-tin-aluminum alloy internal combustion engine bearing bush and the wear variation of different alloy layer thickness, a simulation test was carried out.
