研究了KClO3/糠醛及V2O5/MoO3摩尔比、反应温度、反应体系酸度、相转移催化剂、反应时间等因素对糠醛液相氧化合成富马酸的影响.通过正交实验证明反应温度、反应体系的酸度、TEBAC相转移催化剂用量是影响富马酸收率的主要因素,找出了最佳反应条件.富马酸收率82.9%,高于Shimoes,Rinta报道的最高产率(82.18%),反应时间从10h缩短到2h.
The effects of KClO3 / furfural, molar ratio of V2O5 / MoO3, reaction temperature, reaction system acidity, phase transfer catalyst and reaction time on fumaric acid synthesis in liquid phase of furfural were studied. The orthogonal experiment proved that the reaction temperature, the acidity of the reaction system, TEBAC phase transfer catalyst dosage is the main factor affecting the yield of fumaric acid, to find out the best reaction conditions. The yield of fumaric acid was 82.9%, higher than that reported by Shimoes and Rinta (82.18%). The reaction time was shortened from 10h to 2h.
