利用弹性理论分析了稀土原子铈 (Ce)与 2 0 90铝锂合金中其它溶质原子 (Cu和 L i)间的交互作用 ,并采用离子探针和透射电镜 (TEM )分析研究了微量 Ce的添加对 Cu和 L i结合能的影响以及富 Cu相 (T1 相 )形态的变化。研究结果表明 :Cu原子在 Ce原子周围的偏聚比 L i在 Ce原子周围的偏聚具有更低的弹性势能 ;微量 Ce的添加对 Cu的结合能产生较大影响 ,使 T1 相表现出较小的长厚比
