目的:观察针刺加TDP治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例采用针刺加TDP治疗,对照组30例采用单纯TDP治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.1%,对照组为73.3%,有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺加TDP治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱病疗效显著、治愈率高。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus TDP on temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Methods: Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus TDP, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with TDP alone. Results: The effective rate was 97.1% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture plus TDP has significant curative effect on temporomandibular joint dysfunction and high cure rate.
