截止2003年年底,中国银行业监督管理委员会各级机构已正式挂牌。各级银监局分设后,按照与人民银行的协议,将继续使用人民银行的局域网和内联网。由于两个独立的单位共同使用同一网络,对人民银行内联网的安全运行带来了新的风险因素。在这一情况下,切实做好人民银行计算机网络的安全防范工作是科技部门的一项首要任务。人民银行株洲市中心支行从实际出发,从制度管理和网络技术两个方面“双管齐下”,取得了较好的效果。
By the end of 2003, all levels of China Banking Regulatory Commission agencies have been formally listed. After the banking regulatory bureaus at all levels are separated, they will continue to use the PBC’s intranet and intranet in accordance with the agreement with the People’s Bank of China. As two independent entities share the same network, new risk factors are brought to the safe operation of the PBC’s intranet. Under such circumstances, it is a top priority for the science and technology department to effectively carry out the security precaution of the PBC computer network.
