“犯罪现场重建”自传入我国之后,在我国的侦查实务工作中得到了广泛的应用,也成为理论界研究的热点。但是对于“犯罪现场重建”概念的认识尚不统一,对于这一概念本质特征的认识也存在差异,这对于理论研究和实务工作都会产生不良的影响。本文拟从依据、主体、目的、本质等方面对犯罪现场重建的概念进行重新界定。 Since its introduction into our country, “Crime Scene Reconstruction” has been widely used in our country’s investigative practice work and has also become a hot spot in theoretical circles. However, there is a lack of uniform understanding of the concept of “crime scene reconstruction”, and there are also differences in the understanding of the essential characteristics of this concept, which will have an adverse effect on both theoretical research and practical work. This article intends to redefine the concept of crime scene reconstruction from the aspects of basis, subject, purpose and essence.
