研究了热处理工艺对6063铝合金组织性能的影响,并从理论上分析了热处理(均匀化、时效)的作用机理。结果表明:合理的均匀化有助于改善铝合金材料的显微组织,采用560℃×6 h均匀化处理可使组织细小均匀;适宜的时效制度能够提高6063合金材料的导电性能,经200℃×6 h时效处理后的材料导电性能优越;人工时效能合理改善加工型材的强度指标,生产中使用180℃×6 h的时效制度,铝合金材料的抗拉强度较高。
The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy was studied. The mechanism of heat treatment (homogenization and aging) was analyzed theoretically. The results show that reasonable homogenization can improve the microstructure of aluminum alloy. Microstructure of aluminum alloy can be improved by homogenization at 560 ℃ for 6 h. The suitable aging system can improve the conductivity of 6063 alloy. After 200 ℃ × 6 h, the electrical conductivity of the material after aging treatment is superior; the artificial aging performance can reasonably improve the strength index of the processing profile, the aging system with 180 ℃ × 6 h is used in the production, and the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy material is higher.
