我国民间常用鱼胆作药,以清热解毒,化痰止咳。但服后发生中毒状至死亡者屡有所闻,而作为正式报导始于1973年钟氏的3例(新医学4:448,1973)。1975年又有8例报导(新医学6:195,1975)。1977年5月-1981年8月我们见到4例,2例痊癒,2例死亡。现作报导,并结合文献复习,对本病作扼要探讨。病例摘要例1,李××,男,48岁。住院号7131。因吃生鱼胆后吐,泻及无尿7日于1981年8月18日上午10时入院。7日前生吞青鱼胆8个,4小时后恶心、呕吐频作,吐出少量绿色胃内容,随之腹痛、腹泻,大便呈水样,连续6-7次,以后腹痛渐减而腹泻止,仍恶心不已,进食即吐。最近几天尿少,近3天无尿。既往健康。体检:体温36.6°,脉博
