在无产阶级专政条件下,无产阶级革命派大联合,向党内一小撮走资本主义道路当权派的夺权斗争中,怎样对待干部问题,是一个重大问题,关键问题。我们必须按照毛泽东思想,按照毛主席一贯提倡的党的干部政策,来正确地对待干部,才能建立夺权斗争的领导核心,实现无产阶级革命派大联合,成立一个真正有领导能力的“三结合”的临时权力机构,才能建立或健全领导文化革命和领导生产、业务工作的班子,把各项工作抓起来,把权真正掌起来。

How to deal with the cadre issue is a major issue and a key issue. We must correctly follow cadres in accordance with Mao Zedong Thought and Chairman Mao’s consistent policy of promoting party cadres in order to establish the leadership core of the struggle for power, realize the great alliance of the proletarian revolutionaries, and establish a truly “three combinations” with leadership skills. Only the provisional power institutions can establish or improve the leadership of the cultural revolution and lead the production and business work teams, grasp all tasks, and truly grasp the power.
