探讨了硒、锌与葛根、山楂联合应用对心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。将北京大耳白家兔随机分为4组,即对照组、硒锌组、中药组和硒锌+中药组,观察了静脉注射脑垂体后叶素后心电图ST段上移和T波升高的幅度、出现心律失常的动物数及结扎冠状动脉前降支(LAD)后心肌梗塞心电图Q波百分率、心肌梗塞面积百分率。结果表明,硒、锌及葛根、山楂均具有减轻实验性心肌缺血和缩小心肌梗塞面积的作用,将其联合应用,效果更为显著。提示:硒、锌与葛根、山楂联合应用,对心肌缺血的保护,具有协同作用
The protective effect of selenium, zinc combined with Pueraria lobata and hawthorn on myocardial ischemia injury was discussed. The white rabbits in Beijing were randomly divided into four groups: control group, selenium and zinc group, Chinese medicine group and selenium and zinc + Chinese medicine group.
