为促进农村社区育龄妇女积极参与 HIV/ AIDS的预防 ,有效地控制艾滋病。针对本底调查状况 ,于 2 0 0 0年3月在同一社区对同一目标人群开展以预防艾滋病为主题、以人际传播为主要手段的健康教育。结果有 98.4%的人对健教的内容和方法表示满意 ;艾滋知识水平由健康教育前的 5 .43分提高到了 10分 (满分 12分 ) ;人们的健康意识发生了改变、对健康的关注增进了一步。因此 ,在农村社区选好健康教育的目标人群 ,再扶持起一支以育龄妇女为核心的农村自己的健康教育队伍 ,是使健康教育工作可持续发展的策略之一。
To promote the active participation of women of childbearing age in rural communities in HIV / AIDS prevention and control of AIDS. In response to the background investigation, in March 2000, the same target group was educated on the same target group with AIDS prevention as the theme and interpersonal communication as the primary means of health education. As a result, 98.4% of the respondents were satisfied with the contents and methods of health education. The knowledge level of HIV / AIDS increased from 5.43 points before health education to 10 points (out of 12 points); people’s health awareness changed and their health awareness increased One step. Therefore, selecting the target population of health education in rural communities and supporting one of their own health education teams in rural areas with women of childbearing age are one of the strategies to make the health education work sustainable.
