介绍了四川电网AVC系统结构、各级AVC子站站系统功能及其与AVC主站系统的协调控制方式。省调AVC主站系统通过建立基于在线软分区的三级电压优化控制方式,实现四川电网的全网电压无功优化控制。地调AVC系统以省调AVC主站下达的协调控制命令为约束条件在地区电网内进行电压无功优化控制。由地调AVC系统与县调AVC之间建立互联协调控制,最终实现四川电网基于全网无功优化的电压自动控制功能。
The structure of AVC system in Sichuan power grid, the functions of AVC substations at all levels and the coordinated control mode with AVC master station system are introduced. Provincial regulation of AVC master system through the establishment of online soft partition based on the three-level voltage optimization control, Sichuan power grid voltage reactive power optimization control. The AVC system adjusts the voltage and reactive power optimally within the regional power grid by using the coordinated control commands issued by the provincial AVC main station as constraints. By adjusting the AVC system and the county transferred AVC coordination between the establishment of coordinated control, and ultimately achieve the Sichuan grid based on the whole network reactive power optimization voltage automatic control function.
