龙河特大桥为大跨超高空心薄壁柔性墩连续刚构桥,为深入探究大桥墩梁固结处的力学行为特点,对墩梁固结处开展1∶6缩尺模型试验。通过相似理论分析,确定模型各物理量的相似关系。针对结构及受力特点,对模型尺寸、预应力、配重、普通钢筋、加载和测试方案等进行设计。按照实桥实际工况进行加载试验,并结合数值理论仿真分析。试验及理论分析结果表明:设计模型和加载方法及试验工况能很好地反映大桥墩梁固结处实际状况,试验过程中各工况下大桥墩梁固处结构处于安全状况,在2倍活载作用下结构还有一定安全储备。
Longhe Super Large Bridge is a continuous rigid frame bridge with large-span, ultra-high-hollow and thin-walled flexible piers. In order to study the mechanical behavior of the abutment of the bridge, the 1: 6 scale model test is conducted on the consolidation of the pier and beam. Through the similarity theory analysis, the similarity between the physical quantities of the model is determined. According to the structure and force characteristics, the model size, prestress, counterweight, ordinary steel, loading and testing programs are designed. According to the actual conditions of real bridge loading test, combined with numerical simulation. The experimental and theoretical analysis results show that the design model, loading method and test conditions can well reflect the actual condition of the abutment of bridge pier and girder. During the test, the solid position of pier girder is in a safe condition, Under the action of live load there is a certain safety reserve.
