本文着重从两个角度来讲:一方面:知识经济时代的到来,对企业生产管理方式产生了重大影响,人力资源已取代物质﹑资本资源,成为企业最重要最有价值的资源;另一方面:中国加入“WTO”后,企业面临空前激烈的市场竞争和管理理论的迅速发展,我们中国企业如何通过有效的人力资源管理来提升企业的竞争力,本文主要从战略化的人力资源管理、对员工进行培训和开发、建立团结协作的企业与员工的关系、帮助和实现组织的变革和发展四个方面来对这个问题进行探讨和阐述。
This article focuses on two aspects: On the one hand: the advent of the era of knowledge economy has had a significant impact on the way of production management of enterprises, human resources have replaced material and capital resources and become the most important and most valuable resource for enterprises; on the other hand : After China joins the “WTO”, the enterprises are faced with the unprecedented market competition and the rapid development of management theory. How can Chinese enterprises enhance the competitiveness of their enterprises through effective human resources management? This paper mainly analyzes the strategic human resources management , Staff training and development, the establishment of solidarity and cooperation between enterprises and employees, help and achieve organizational change and development of four aspects to explore and elaborate on this issue.
