舞蹈是一门艺术,它不仅是舞蹈专业工作者的事业和追求,也是舞蹈教育工作者实施教育的根本立足点。舞蹈教育工作者的任务不仅在于提高专业教育水平,也在于用舞蹈这种独特的艺术形式教育成长期的少儿。在少儿舞蹈艺术中,针对少儿心理素质,思维、兴趣、特性来创编一些能够让他们有兴趣能够接受的舞蹈,而且编排一些高水平、高境界、高层次的少儿舞蹈,使其动感鲜明,韵律与音乐贴切,以适应当代少儿的思想发展。天真、童趣是少儿舞蹈教育的主题思想,是题材、风格应遵循的原则。
