目的 在染色体 17p13.3杂合性缺失区域内进行表达序列的分离。方法 采用外显子搏获法对位于 17p13.3杂合性缺失区域内的 BAC基因组克隆进行外显子的分离。结果 在获得的克隆中 ,4个克隆为已知基因的外显子 ,另 4个克隆属于 3个新外显子 (2个克隆中的外显子片段序列一致 )。结论 在染色体 17p13.3杂合性缺失区域内获得了一些表达序列。
Objective To isolate the expressed sequence in the region where the heterozygosity of chromosome 17p13.3 is missing. Methods Exon exone was used to extrude BAC genomic clones located in the region of 17p13.3 heterozygosity loss. Results Among the obtained clones, 4 clones were exons of known genes and the other 4 clones belonged to 3 new exons (exon sequences of 2 clones were identical). Conclusion Some expression sequences were obtained within the region of heterozygosity deletion in chromosome 17p13.3.
