我院是一所有160张病床的综合性县级医院。放射科现在使用的X线机,其中一台XG200mAX线机是1980年上海生产的产品、自安装投入使用以来,其性能基本良好。但由于工作量大(平均每天上消化道造影5人次之多),在使用过程中也由于电源电压不够稳定,工作人员操作时不够细心,以及机器零部件本身的自然老化,致使某个部位发生故障也是必然的。一、故障现象当机器接通电源启动,使用50mA及小焦点5mA透视档时,竟出现过载指示信号,当过载故障消除后,下球管点片试验不曝光。
