目的:探讨高仿真支气管镜模拟器在培训呼吸内科住院医师支气管镜操作中的作用。方法:以上海某大学附属医院2013年招录的10名呼吸内科上海市规范化住院医师培训基地生为研究对象,由2名熟练进行支气管镜操作的呼吸内科副主任医师进行指导,采用Simbionix GI Mentor simulator操作系统进行培训。比较培训前后10名住院医师在高仿真支气管镜模拟器上操作的速度、灵活性及准确性方面的差异。结果:在解剖学支气管镜操作上,住院医师的总操作时间由(467.6±46.9)s减少到(360.7±27.7)s,段支气管检查到达率由(67.9±7.8)%上升到(90.3±4.8)%,总成绩由(46.5±11.3)分提高到(81.5±8.1)分,上述所有指标培训前后比较,P<0.01。结论:高仿真支气管镜模拟器在呼吸内科住院医师支气管镜的培训中起到了重要作用。
Objective: To explore the role of high simulation bronchoscopy simulator in the training of residency bronchoscopy in respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 10 Shanghai Respiratory Medicine standardized resident training bases enrolled in a university affiliated hospital in Shanghai were enrolled in 2013 as the research object. The study was guided by two deputy chief physicians of respiratory medicine who were proficient in bronchoscopy and adopted Simbionix GI Mentor simulator operating system for training. Differences in speed, flexibility and accuracy of the 10 resident doctors before and after training were compared on a high simulation bronchoscope simulator. Results: During the operation of anatomic bronchoscopy, the total operating time of residents decreased from (467.6 ± 46.9) s to (360.7 ± 27.7) s, and the rate of bronchial check up increased from (67.9 ± 7.8)% to (90.3 ± 4.8)% )%, And the total score increased from (46.5 ± 11.3) points to (81.5 ± 8.1) points. All the above indexes were compared before and after training, P <0.01. CONCLUSIONS: Highly simulated bronchoscopy simulators play an important role in the training of residency bronchoscopy in respiratory medicine.
