本文报道从最近鉴定的韭叶柴胡Bupleurum kunmingense Y.Li et S.L.Pan sp.nov.中分离的多糖(简称BKP)在试管内对促细胞分裂剂引致小鼠淋巴细胞增生反应的作用。用~3H-胸苷(~3H-dT)掺入法证明BKP不仅增强小鼠脾细胞对不同浓度的刀豆素A(ConA;0.63~2.5μg/ml)和大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS;10~40μg/ml)的增生反应,而且对植物血凝素(PHA;40μg/ml)及美洲商陆(PWM;40μg/ml)的应答也有所提高。可是正品北柴胡Bupleurum chinense DC所含多糖在同一条件下并无明显作用。
This paper reports the effect of a polysaccharide isolated from the newly identified Bupleurum kunmingense Y. Li et S. L. Pan sp. nov. (BKP for short) in vitro on the proliferation of lymphocytes induced by mitogens in mice. Incorporation of ~3H-thymidine (~3H-dT) was used to prove that BKP not only enhances mouse splenocytes against different concentrations of concanavalin A (ConA; 0.63-2.5 μg/ml) and E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 10). Proliferative response of ~40 μg/ml) and increased responses to phytohemagglutinin (PHA; 40 μg/ml) and pokeweed (PWM; 40 μg/ml). However, the polysaccharide contained in the authentic Bupleurum chinense DC of Bupleurum chinense DC did not have a significant effect under the same conditions.
