银翘解毒丸广泛用于感冒风热、发热头痛、咳嗽口干、咽喉疼痛。本文就三种病毒株:流感病毒沪防80—31株,单纯疱疹病毒株和腺病毒株ADV—7型,在体外进行抑制病毒复制试验。实验表明,银翘解毒丸对流感病毒沪防80—31株有明显抑制复制作用,对单纯疱疹病毒有不同程度延滞病毒复制作用。银翘解毒丸对上述二种病毒表现在同时给药或提前给药时有效,提示二药可能对细胞有 Yinqiao Jiedu Pills are widely used for cold wind-heat, fever, headache, cough, dry mouth, throat pain. In this paper, three viral strains, influenza virus Hufang 80-31 strain, herpes simplex virus strain and adenovirus strain ADV-7, were tested in vitro to inhibit virus replication. Experiments show that Yinqiao Jiedu Pills significantly inhibited the replication of the influenza virus Hufang 80-31 strain, and had different degrees of delay in the replication of herpes simplex virus. Yinqiao Jiedu Pills are effective for simultaneous or early administration of the above two viruses, suggesting that the two drugs may have effects on cells.
