设计一系列实验方案,研究不同日采收量与培养液回流2因素对盐藻的生长以及β-胡萝卜素累积的影响。结果表明:β-胡萝卜素的大量累积从藻细胞进入对数生长后期开始且光强是最重要的影响因素之一;采收后的培养液去除藻细胞后回流,对盐藻的生长不利,但有利于β-胡萝卜素的累积,具有实际可行性。
A series of experimental schemes were designed to study the effects of different harvesting days and medium reflux on the growth of Dunaliella salina and the accumulation of β-carotene. The results showed that the accumulation of β-carotene was one of the most important factors when the accumulation of β-carotene started from the late stage of logarithmic growth phase and the light intensity was the most important factor. After harvested culture medium was removed, the algal cells were refluxed, But is conducive to the accumulation of β-carotene, with practical feasibility.
