常用V带传动中,带轮为整体式,如图1所示,轮缘边槽的楔角(?)和宽度b是根据V带的型号来确定的。若工况改变,更换另一种型号的V带,由于节宽b_p不同,就要换另一种槽宽的带轮,这增加了备品备件数。笔者在某项目的带传动方案中,设计了一种槽宽可以任意调节的分体式带轮。在不同工况要求下,仅用一个带轮,可以实现多根不同型号V带的更换,有一物多用效果,现介绍如下:图2所示为双槽分体式V形带轮结构的示意图,
