本文应用群体网络的基本思想,结合矿区建设特点,在矿区建设期内,以矿区及矿井资源的合理利用为目标,以矿区资源为约束条件,对矿井建设程序进行了多资源优化。在此基础上,以矿区建设期内的煤炭产量、施工队利用、拖延工期损失费及投资的时间价值四项指标作为矿井开工与接续决策的评价准则。合理地安排各矿井的施工顺序,以达到矿区建设总体最优之目的。此外,为使矿区建设规划更为可靠,本文还对矿井建设网络提出了几点改进,设置了贯通节点和选择节点。
In this paper, based on the basic idea of group network, combined with the characteristics of mine construction, during the construction period of mining area, the mining area and the rational utilization of mine resources are taken as objectives and the mine resources are used as constraints to optimize the mine construction procedure. On this basis, four indicators of coal production, utilization of construction team, loss of construction delay and time-value of investment are taken as the evaluation criteria for mine start-up and succession decision-making. Reasonable arrangements for the construction of the mine sequence in order to achieve the overall optimal construction of mining purposes. In addition, in order to make mine construction planning more reliable, this paper also put forward some improvements to mine construction network, set up through nodes and select nodes.
