目前医患关系存在的主要问题表现在:医疗纠纷数量日益增多;医患矛盾尖锐化;医疗纠纷的形式多样化等。本文通过分析医患关系不和谐的主要原因,结合近年来本院构建和谐医患关系的实践和经验,总结出五个方面的对策:即加强制度建设,提高医疗质量;严格内部管理,确保医疗安全;改进服务模式,提高人性化服务水平;拓宽医患沟通渠道,促进医患沟通;培植医患文化,营造和谐医患关系氛围;坚持社会效益准则,打造诚信医院。结论是:只要通过政府和社会各界的不懈努力,尤其是医疗机构始终不渝地坚持为人民健康服务的办院宗旨,和谐的医患关系一定会建立,进而促进社会主义和谐社会的持续、健康、协调发展。
At present, the main problems existing in the doctor-patient relationship lie in: the increasing number of medical disputes; the sharp contradictions between doctors and patients; and the diversified forms of medical disputes. Based on the analysis of the main causes of the disharmony between doctors and patients and the practice and experience of building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients in our hospital in recent years, this article summarizes the countermeasures of five aspects: to strengthen the system construction and improve the quality of medical care; to strictly manage the internal affairs to ensure the medical treatment Security; improve service mode, improve the level of human services; broaden the communication channels between doctors and patients to promote communication between doctors and patients; cultivate doctor-patient culture and create a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients; adhere to the guidelines of social benefits and create a Honest Hospital. The conclusion is: as long as the government and the community through unremitting efforts, especially medical institutions unswervingly adhere to the purpose of providing services for people’s health, harmonious relations between doctors and patients will certainly be established, thereby promoting the sustainable development of a harmonious socialist society ,Coordinated development.
