目的探讨血清25(OH)D_3水平与毛细支气管炎严重程度及病原易感性的关系。方法选取2015年10月—2016年3月住院的毛细支气管炎患儿90例为观察组,选取同期在儿保科查体的90名婴幼儿为对照组,观察组采用负压法吸取下呼吸道痰标本,进行细菌培养;采用免疫荧光法检测七种呼吸道病毒:呼吸道合胞病毒、流感病毒(A、B型)、副流感病毒(1、2、3型)、腺病毒,采用RT-PCR方法检测肺炎支原体(衣原体),并详细记录患儿入院时临床指标。计量资料比较采用t检验或方差分析,计数资料采用χ~2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组中-重度患儿血清25(OH)D_3水平为(15.99±10.12)ng/ml,对照组为(23.15±9.18)ng/ml,比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.330,P<0.05)。维生素D缺乏患儿呼吸困难发生率高于其他两组,比较差异有统计学意义(F=3.78,P<0.05)。维生素D缺乏患儿住院时间为(9.39±2.60)d,维生素D不足患儿住院时间为(7.67±1.63)d,维生素D充足患儿住院时间为(6.40±1.96)d,维生素D缺乏患儿住院时间长于其他两组,比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.21,P<0.05)。结论血清25(OH)D_3水平与毛细支气管炎严重程度具有一定相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum 25 (OH) D_3 level and the severity of bronchiolitis and pathogen susceptibility. Methods Ninety children with bronchiolitis who were admitted to hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group. 90 infants in the pediatrics were enrolled as the control group. Conclusion Serum 25 (OH) D_3 level has some correlation with the severity of bronchiolitis.
