目的提高门诊药房的药学服务质量。方法改变药房的传统服务模式,以人为本,服务真诚,采用开放式药房;制定药品调剂操作规程,落实药品调剂双人复核制度,尝试目标管理。结果效益提高,服务水平和专业素质提升。结论改进服务模式能促进合理用药,提高医疗质量。
Objective To improve pharmacy service quality in outpatient pharmacy. Methods To change the traditional service mode of pharmacy, people-oriented, sincere service, using open pharmacies; formulating procedures for the regulation of pharmaceuticals, the implementation of the pharmaceutical double check the system of transfers, try to target management. The results of improved efficiency, service quality and professional quality improvement. Conclusion Improving the service mode can promote the rational use of medicine and improve the quality of medical care.
