将刚塑性材料的理想变形理论扩展到弹塑性材料的理想变形。使用变形梯度的乘积分解理论,论证了弹塑性理想变形的条件,讨论的材料限于具有光滑凸屈服面的弹塑性体,并假定变形过程均匀。这一理论在成形过程的计算机模拟和毛料设计中有较好的应用前景。
The ideal deformation theory of rigid plastic material is extended to the ideal deformation of elastic plastic material. Using the product decomposition theory of deformation gradient, the condition of the ideal deformation of the elasto-plasticity is demonstrated. The material discussed is limited to the elasto-plastic body with a smooth convex surface and the deformation process is assumed to be uniform. This theory has a good application prospect in the computer simulation of the forming process and wool design.
