应用放射性同位素源激发能量色散X射线分析技术测定了上海和南京两市1,000多例人发样品中的锶、铅、锌、铜、镍、铁、锰、铬、钛和钙的含量。对两市人发从地区、性别、年龄、健康状况、发色、沿毛发长度分布等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:头发中的微量元素含量与地区、性别、年龄、健康状况及发色有一定的关系。一些元素能够反映环境接触的情况和人体中微量元素的营养水平,其中头发中钙、锶、锰和锌等元素含量与人体生长发育、健康状况和衰老可能有关。
The contents of strontium, lead, zinc, copper, nickel, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium and calcium in more than 1,000 human hair samples from Shanghai and Nanjing were determined by radioactive isotope excitation energy dispersive X-ray analysis. In the two cities, the author made a comparative analysis on the regions, sexes, ages, health status, hair color, distribution along the length of hair. The results showed that the content of trace elements in hair is related to the region, sex, age, health status and hair color. Some elements can reflect the environmental exposure and trace elements in the human body’s nutritional level, of which hair calcium, strontium, manganese and zinc and other elements and human growth and development, health status and aging may be related.
